Process of import declaration:
1. import documents:
The consignee shall provide the forwarder with the full set of import documents;
Import documents include: original bill of lading or telex release with endorsement, packing list, invoice, contract (general trade).
2. Handle:
The original bill of lading with endorsement (in case of telex release, fax and guarantee with telex release) shall be sent to the shipping company or agent to exchange for the bill of lading (small bill of lading).
Note: "endorsed original bill of lading" in two forms:
(1) if "booking party" is shown in the consignee column on the bill of lading, it shall be endorsed by the consignor;
(2) if the true consignee is shown in the consignee column on the bill of lading, it shall be endorsed by the consignee.
3. Inspection report:
Inspection and quarantine bureau according to the "commodity code" in the supervision conditions, confirm whether this shipment of goods to do commodity inspection.
4. Customs declaration (customs clearance)
Declaration documation include: original b/l/telex release with endorsement, packing list, invoice, contract, small b/l.
5. inspection:
a. technical inspection: according to the documents and the specific goods to decide whether to inspect;
b: random inspection: after the customs release department releases the products, the computer will conduct random inspection by itself.
